Drove Gross Margin revenues by 35% in yr 1 in this DME sector.  

Managed Care negotiations to enable greater geographic reach for the company.  Outside/Inside Sales/Collections depts oversight to maximize reorders and cash flow.  Work with manufacturer Territory Mgrs and Channel Directors to drive referrals and increase penetration of core Dr clinics. New Product Dev and business planning of additional core products (wound care + urology) to help drive new revenue opportunities. Evaluated 2-3 acquisition/merger targets. An internet streaming video company, who was one of the first companies to bring video to the web. Raised 40 million from top tier VC's like Accel, before going IPO. Sales and Bus Dev to enterprise and media clients to sell/advise them on the benefits of this new technology ie MTV/Viacom. Also extensive negotiations/relationship cultivation with ISPs/telcos in the SE region. A quota driven role that was consistently exceeded above 100% with President's Club status reached.
