I help manage the Cloud renewals process from start to finish and support global Cloud growth by providing effective and efficient support. I'm the go-to person for the sales team, connecting them with external customers and internal teams like GSCO, Deal Management, AR, Collections, Credit Team, Order Management, Approvals, Business Practices, Revenue Recognition, Incentive Compensation, and others.

I also handle administrative duties as needed, support new application rollouts, and test new processes to make sure everything works smoothly. I create process flows and presentations to keep everyone informed about changes and raise bugs when technical issues occur to ensure they are resolved quickly.

Overall, my job is to make sure everything related to Cloud renewals runs smoothly and work with different teams to grow the business globally.

Business Analyst - Renewal Operations Specialist

My job involves invoice data entry, tracking the status of each input, ensuring all invoices and charges are paid on time, and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers as needed.

I also make updates to our platform based on customer requirements and manage subcontractors and their assessments. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as requested by my supervisor.

As part of my job, I record technical data in accordance with established procedures, prepare documentation for the acceptance process with the customer, process incoming mail related to billing and invoicing, and communicate with clients regarding billing discrepancies or questions.

Additionally, I maintain accounting ledgers as needed to keep track of financial transactions.

Billing Specialist

My responsibilities included maintaining complete and updated personnel records and providing income/employee statements. I offered support to employees for their inquiries and ensured that there is an effective flow of documents between the company and its employees.

I assisted the Payroll Specialist with activities related to meal tickets, overtime, transportation, and other payroll-related tasks. I was also involved in the recruitment process doing CV screening, scheduling interviews, and implementing accurate and timely procedures for recruitment and selection.

I offered support for other human resources-related activities as needed, and I was responsible for planning and executing timely periodic medical check-ups.

Personnel Administration Specialist

I was the first point of contact for the sales operations team and sales organization for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). I aided and supported in operating applications according to procedures and regulations.

I validated requests from customers, and partners, and supported teams for partners' sales representatives and commercial groups within agreed-upon deadlines and quality standards. I also validated and coordinated standard and nonstandard lists as defined by customers.

I performed high-complexity tasks such as approving High-Risk deals and aggressive margins. I did profitability analysis and scenarios to determine the most profitable offers for promotional products.

I ensured that prices, reductions, and other data were correct and had the approvals needed.

I performed margin and discount analysis and made well-documented pricing decisions to protect Gross Margin
