After successfully entering the 100% Club for 15 out of 18 years in corporate sales and leading sales, enablement and marketing teams spanning $300 million annually, I launched my first company in 2015. 14-months later, I did a 7-way merger and formed Vengreso. We became the world's largest digital sales prospecting training company by 2022 having collectively trained over 100,000 sellers.

Because of our remarkable success, the Miller Heiman Group—renowned as the world's largest sales training company—made history by hiring an outside sales training firm for the very first time in its 43 years. That was us, Vengreso.

In 2020, we took another bold step by launching FlyMSG, a 9-1 free SaaS tool. The FlyMSG suite includes an AI writer, grammar corrector, text expander, social post generator, smart LinkedIn Commenting, sales prospecting training and AI sales role-play & coaching.

To fund the SaaS play, I raised between 2022 and 2024, nearly $1 million in venture capital. This was to help transform the company from a service provider to a SaaS business.

In 2025, I led the company to its first acquisition of SalesGuruPro.com a SaaS based AI sales role-play and coaching platform.

Fast-forward to today, and FlyMSG® helps knowledge workers improve their writing and online engagement. For sales teams, we are increasing buyer-seller engagement, sales pipeline and boosting sales call bookings.

Today, FlyMSG saves our users over 30 hours each month and has typed over 2 billion characters.

Under my leadership, the company has taken home 6 Gold 🥇 Stevie Awards in 8 years, including one for FlyMSG Innovation. I couldn't be more proud of our achievements.

As a Client Engagement Director at RAIN Group, I consulted with and guided clients through award-winning sales training programs. My mission was to ensure that they achieved their desired results. 

From the initial introduction to a new client, my priority was to gain their confidence and understand their reasons for investing in RAIN Group’s Sales training for their teams. I collaborated with the client Executive Sponsors, Sales Leaders, and Enablement team to understand the business goals, what “success” would look like, and how they could track whether the “New Reality” they were seeking was actually coming to fruition—and if not, what needed to be done.

The ultimate goal was behavioral change within the sales teams, so what they learned from the Training Facilitators would become ingrained into their daily habits, cadences, and sales processes—for sustained success.

In addition to my focus on client results, NPS scores, and surveys, internally I worked with the operations team to create, update, and refine processes as needed for excellence and scalability.

After four years at Vengreso, I moved into the role of Manager of Customer Success. 

In addition to the Senior CSM responsibilities of advising and guiding the company’s largest and most complex clients to successful outcomes from their investment in the Vengreso training and technology solutions, this role added oversight of the Customer Success team, as well as the team of Profile Writers. I also continued my work creating and refining the company’s processes for excellence and scalability.

What remained a constant throughout my career with Vengreso is the gratification of helping clients understand and implement the company’s proven methodologies. I loved hearing testimonials about a team’s excitement when their new LinkedIn profiles, connection and engagement strategies, and video prospecting skills resulted in engagement leading to more conversations with their prospects – which is the mission Vengreso was founded on.

Manager, Customer Success

As Senior Customer Success Manager, I used my experience as a Vengreso "original" to support clients throughout their journey with Vengreso's training and technology offerings.

In addition to working with the company's largest clients, I also took on more internal initiatives—revising and creating new processes, developing strategies for learner engagement and messaging, and learning more about the back-end technology of the Vengreso learning platform.

Senior Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager at Vengreso, I wore a few different hats.

The client-facing aspects of my role involved onboarding and guiding customers through the planning, preparation and execution phases of Vengreso's Digital Sales Training programs. I worked to keep projects on schedule, foresee issues before they became problems, and ensure delivery of an experience that was energizing both for the client company as well as their teams going through the programs.

I worked with client leadership, training and enablement teams, introducing a complete adoption strategy to deliver the end-user training needed to fill the sales funnel and drive massive success.

The internal aspects of my CSM role entailed working with our writers and managing LinkedIn profile development for Teams and Executives. Having started with Vengreso as a Profile Writer and Personal Branding Specialist, I loved working with our talented and experienced team of writers.

Customer Success Manager & Associate Partner | Personal Branding Specialist | Project Manager

As an Independent Consultant to Vengreso, I wrote LinkedIn profiles for Vengreso clients. This service included one or more interviews with the individual, a collaborative review process for the keyword optimized content, and - on final approval - uploading the content to LinkedIn for the individual. 

In addition, I interviewed Sales Leaders for Training clients, to develop templatized profiles that the individual sales reps could customize with their own information. These profiles were keyword optimized to serve as lead magnets, helping client prospects understand how the company's solutions could help them realize their business goals.

In this role I also wrote and edited content for the Vengreso website, and edited the content of other Vengreso contractors.

As a freelance branding specialist, writer and editor, I started working at M3Jr Growth Strategies in 2016. For the next 15 months, I worked with Corporate and Individual clients to develop their online presence through LinkedIn.

Through interviews and gathering information about the clients they serve and the work they do, I created keyword optimized, buyer-centric profiles to help them be found and to engage and educate their target audience.

During those five years, I also managed a team of writers and the content writing, editing, and quality assurance processes for that component of the business. I learned volumes about Customer Success, Relationship Management, SaaS, and Sales Training - all of which inform the work I do today, creating and improving content.

I loved my time in customer success and relationship management, but writing, editing, and consulting with companies and individuals around their content needs and professional presence is what I do best and enjoy most.
