Over the last 17 years I've built and led customer experience teams across public, private and PE-backed organisations. My work has included setting up customer insight programmes, transforming service operations and delivering large-scale change portfolios. The common thread is making customer outcomes and commercial results work together.

I'm comfortable working in different environments - from regulated public sector bodies with heavy governance, to fast-moving businesses where speed matters most. In both, I've learned how to cut through the noise, bring people with me and get measurable results.
