This is what makes personal training one of the most challenging, crucial, and rewarding jobs. As a trainer at OVOX Gym and Training center, it is my responsibility to ensure that I most efficiently, creatively, and effectively drive a client to achieving his or her fitness goals.

Between guiding client's to lose weight, some up to 150 lbs, pushing collegiate and professional athletes to the next athletic level of performance, and improving the functionality of senior citizens so that they can live longer, safer, and healthier lives, I have provided a wide range of people with the gift of fitness. 

This job has required a synergy between the qualitative skills of leadership, relationship building, sales with the meticulous application of more technical skills like anatomy, physiology, and nutritional science to finding the right formula for each client.

As company's are scaling their businesses quickly, the market is getting saturated, and the product marketing is getting more and more intricate, this role required me to drive sales with a team of four others in a strategic way. As an athlete, I faced many customers, both individuals and retailers and successfully differentiated myself as a brand and by product of Olympus Labs along with the products. 

Hustling, data mining, thinking analytically, and prioritizing were all required in this role.

As a Co-Op taking on a supply chain role in the deliver space, I was able to contribute to not only a satisfied customer, but also to the elimination of waste.

Project manager for reverse logistics workstream of a new product launch in the diabetes space that facilitated meetings, managed action items, created issues logs, and communicated results to project leader resulting in the strategic synchronization of ERPs and transportation goals.  

Revamped order management processes for domestic distribution report for missed shipments, order cut lines, invoicing data, and order in processes to one employee from two and eliminated multiple steps of the report through automation to reduce report run time by 94%, from 4 hours to 15 minutes.

Main point of contact for transition of Electronic Data Interchange Orders during $1.94 billion divestiture of Cordis from J&J to Cardinal Health. Ensured all orders sent to Johnson and Johnson were transitioned over to Cardinal Health during 60 day transitional service agreement. Aggregated number of issues at the end of each week and created a visual analysis to highlight outliers and explain why they occurred.

At Tengrade, I implemented marketing initiatives, campaigns and strategies to promote products and brand name to potential customers.

Utilized social media streams, and grassroots marketing techniques to differentiate Tengrade from Yelp! along with other competitors.
