Prior to selling our ML team to Mercado Libre in 2021, we evolved using a model founded on interaction design for the conceptualization and deployment of services that enhance and facilitate relationships between our clients and their users. I lead business development initiatives in the US in the areas of telecommunications, oil/energy, banking, advertising, and food/beverage.

I provided business insights to the CEO and CTO for expanding into Central America and the USA, and assisted in charting a strategic roadmap to build a new client base for Grupodot's solutions.

Starting in 2006 we developed partnerships with agencies and production companies around the globe, creating a media company that had unlimited geographical access with hubs in every time zone. These partnerships allowed us to develop content for experiential and digital campaigns in multiple cities concurrently, and allowed faster than usual turnaround for our clients. Our business plan was formulated after we realized there were 12+ production companies in the same building as 747 Media. These companies always had downtime between jobs, and what better way to speed up the content creation process than to utilize existing teams, including directors and producers. I focused on managing digital teams around the globe whilst building and maintaining business relationships with executives at Fortune 100/500 companies and agencies, and was solely responsible for all revenue growth, prospecting, pitching, negotiating, communications, and managing strategic partnerships.
