• Key collaborator with our Director of Marketing in overall annual corporate marketing goals that aligned with our $1.5 million budget and marketing calendar.
• Directly supported our Director of Marketing in consumer marketing efforts (digital, print, direct mail, broadcast, local brand awareness) for a franchise system of 250+ franchisees. 
• Onboarded and trained our now current Director of Marketing.
• Supported our team through our brand refresh (summer 2022), website overhaul (fall 2022), and social media strategy with assorted vendor partners.
• Worked in continued close alignment with our in-house digital marketing team.
• Managed two brands – MaidPro and Men in Kilts
• Onboarded all Men in Kilts Canadian franchisees after acquisition, with continued marketing support and coaching.
• Onboarded and trained our current Men in Kilts Brand Manager.
• Assisted the Onboarding Department in transitioning MaidPro’s marketing training into a phased approach.

• Lead for all marketing onboarding and training of new franchisees in the U.S. and Canada, educating on the entire MaidPro Marketing Model, while collaborating closely with our Onboarding Department to ensure new franchisees were setup for success.
• Analyzed and developed comprehensive local marketing plans for 100+ new/existing franchisees across the U.S. and Canada.
• Provided data-driven marketing consulting to franchisees on an ad hoc basis.
• Aided our Franchise Development team in closing franchise sales.
• Spearheaded cross-departmental and special projects.
