WHO AM I ?

I am the Founder and CEO of the WYNNES Family Group which includes Financial Advisory and Family Office. The Group serves families in business in developing strategy, setting up family office and nurturing their next generation for family success. 

WYNNES, established in 1998, is making a difference in families through financial advisory, with focus on fundamentals in managing family wealth. 

Believing every child matters in a family, every family matters in a nation, every nation matters on planet earth. Giving more, to suffer less, serving from generation to generation. 

For over 40 years, l have a broad spectrum of experiences, from a decade as engineer in broadcasting and telecommunications, to recent decades in building a family office and scaling a financial advisory practice with financial technologies.

I served as an Advisor on the Strategic Advisory Board of Fundsupermart.com during the start-up years. (Fundsupermart.com.is a member of IFAST Corporation, listed on SGX, with presence in Singapore, Hongkong, Malaysia, India and China).

I was also an Advisor to Reliance Capital (India) in the strategic set up of Reliance in Singapore and served on the Board of Directors of Reliance Asset Management Singapore, a subsidiary of Reliance Capital Limited (India), a member of Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group. 

I have 3 young adult children.

Something surprised me this weekend.

I played with a tool that turns a LinkedIn profile into a 45-second movie trailer.

I expected something light, maybe even gimmicky.

What came back was… strangely moving.

It didn’t show numbers.
It didn’t show deals.
It didn’t show awards.

It showed a woman standing between generations.

From broadcast signals in my early career,
to boardrooms,
to founding WYNNES in 1998,
to today —
it framed my life as a story of transmission:
carrying meaning, values, and stewardship forward.

One line in particular stayed with me:
“She is the guardian of legacies - the Prox Generation.”

I had never used those words for myself.
But somehow … they felt true.

I am sharing this little 45-second “movie” not as a marketing piece,
but as a mirror.

A reminder that for many of us who work with families, founders, and wealth,
we are not just advisers.

We are bridges between past and future.
