An average second upper graduate in Engineering who got featured on Global Brands Magazine as Young Financial Services Director of the year in 2015. Here’s my story 👇🏽

➡️ I didn’t join the career because I thought I would do well. I joined because I didn’t want to do engineering and there was no harm trying something new as a fresh grad.

➡️ I went from hoping I won’t fail in the financial services career to clearing my first MDRT in the first full year as a fresh graduate.

➡️ Having a calling for management, I started early in my career and was top junior manager in my first year.

➡️ Achieved first peak of my career at age 29, then hit rock bottom due to human circumstances.

➡️ Didn’t gave up, and started from scratch in new environment & went thru intense rebuilding for the next 4-5 years.

➡️ A lot of hard work + some talent and luck saw the group grew to more than 200+ today, largest in PIAS but more importantly top performing.

➡️ After 21 years of ups and downs in financial services, never regretted a single moment, especially the bad times because I learned and grew from them.

Today at Infinity Group, we’re building our team for the future, making sure we study the trends and invest to make sure the team stays relevant in times to come.

As fintech continues to revolutionize the financial services industry, I believe coupling the efficiencies of technology with the dynamic professional thinking of a human brain is the way forward.
