This work is for CEOs of growing organisations (typically 50–200 people) who notice that:
– execution is fast, but deciding still comes back to them
– delegation increased, but centrality didn’t
– the company works — yet still depends on one interpreter

I am an educator, mentor, project and program manager. 
I teach debating, public speaking and leadership with a personal development focus to young adults, university students, junior and mid level professionals. 
I coach and mentor people, especially young adults, so they can have clarity on their next steps and get the results they want (whether it is preparing a presentation, taking their first professional steps or applying for a foreign university or scholarship). 

Having worked in different countries - such as the Dominican Republic, Haiti, France, England,  Belgium, and my native country Argentina - has deeply improved my adaptability, intercultural and solving problem skills. I am fluent in Spanish (my native language), English, French and Portuguese. I also speak some German.

My mission is to create value in every group, team and organization I am involved with by sharing all my experience, knowledge, skills, interests and talents. I am particularly passionate about creating  meaningul conections and cooperation opportunities among people from different cultures.
