The things that are important to me are my faith, family, career, and people. I married my college sweetheart; we have 4 amazing daughters and 8 grandchildren.

I am passionate about helping people discover their vision of success and create effective goals to get them there. 

My purpose is to change the world by showing and teaching people how to truly be successful in ALL areas of their LIFE.

I'm helping executives and professionals overcome the frustration that no matter how hard they work, they’re still not as successful as they thought they would be at this point in their life.
Because success takes more than just hard work.
