The things that are important to me are my faith, family, career, and people. I married my college sweetheart; we have 4 amazing daughters and 8 grandchildren.

Working experience in 5 stars hotels and high demanding upscale restaurants (including upper casual and Michelin star level ones) in Greece, Cyprus, Asia, Middle East, Europe and Africa.
Rich pre-opening experience in restaurants.
Participation in Cooking T.V. shows in Singapore, China and R.D. Congo.

I've graduated from the faculty of tourism and hospitality in Anavyssos.
