Hi! I'm Nadine - Strategy Partner at Tangent.

Tangent is a 100-strong team of strategists, designers and engineers helping our clients ship innovative digital products faster.

I help define the product strategy and experience across the agency's brand portfolio, developing digital solutions that meet both business requirements and customer needs.  

Throughout my career I have gained 15 years of experience in both B2B and B2C digital marketing sectors, giving me a deep understanding of customer journeys through the range of (ever-evolving) digital channels.

I pride myself on being honest, practical and hardworking, taking my work seriously but having a laugh along the way.

At Buildxact(SaaS) a construction-tech product I was hired to build out the research function for the UX team, most notably evaluative research that helped improve customer outcomes for onboarding and our core features. 

I led research and design initiatives in the Enterprise team to help us scale in to the US Market. I mentored the ux team on research and ux best practices, facilitated cross functional workshops to align business strategy with customer needs. 

I also organised and facilitated the annual company hackathon 'Buildfest' for 2 years that helped drive innovation in the business with winning ideas being incorporated into our customer 'Labs' feature,  boosting customer engagement

I directed the user experience for the income protection product to deliver artefacts against functional requirements for the MVP. I also led on lab research and protoyping for the future state product experience influencing project direction

At Kingfisher Digital, I played a central role in the UK-based 'Plan My Bathroom' team, enhancing the platform for a broader British audience and achieving a 25% boost in engagement.

 I contributed to the MVP development for the flooring visualiser using UK-centric testing techniques and shared product strategies with senior leadership. Actively involved in strategic planning, I also spearheaded the PMB rollout at an operating centre in France.

I also worked in the innovation team preparing lean business cases to help grow the organisation and its feature capability to meet customer needs.

In close collaboration with the co-founder I directed the user experience and branding for the inception of Honest-Homes, a prop tech start up.
