	Facilitated consultant support for $1.18B proposal design, drafting, and fund management in 38 countries, achieving a 99% approval rating for collaboration and experience.

•	Co-served as Resilient Livelihoods Technical Advisor, focusing on grant acquisition and management to deliver development programs and humanitarian assistance valued at $190MM (donors included USG, DFID, EU, and World Bank). 
o	Technical focus areas: Sustainable Livelihoods, Food Security, Youth Livelihoods, Market and Food Systems, and Public-Private Partnerships.
•	Provided strategic guidance, technical leadership, and inputs to develop global standards for improving technical quality while cultivating successful partner and donor relationships to scale proven project models.

•	Led a team of 19 multi-sector experts in Gaza to deliver $49MM in programs focused on Market Systems, Economic Development, Shelter, and Digital Cash funded by eight government donors in a complex, protracted humanitarian crisis. 
•	Developed and facilitated training, coaching and mentorship to project managers, field-based staff, and local partners from programme startup through closeout to achieve lower turnover and higher quality implementation.

•	Led a team of 23, including Business Development Officers, Programme Managers, and Senior Technical Advisors focused on Food Security, Nutrition, Livelihoods, Public-Private Partnerships, Climate Smart Agriculture, WASH, and Fragile States.
•	Led development of successful multi-donor proposals resulting in $200M to $250M annually; increased program grant revenues by $90MM to $150MM.
•	Cultivated and stewarded strategic relationships with donors, private sector partners, other NGOs, and industry thought leaders and practitioners. 
o	Led to innovative designs that secured USAID-funded grants in Sierra Leone and empowered women in leadership and Bangladesh with the Ultra-Poor Graduation program.

•	Hired and led a team of 40 to co-create, pilot, and scale up the Ann Ale Lakay project to include psychologists, social workers, and WASH, shelter, and M&E professionals across an urban recovery landscape. 
o	Program recognised by the government of Haiti, the UN, and NGOs as a replicable model in other response and resilience scenarios.

•	Managed an urban camp settlement of 35,000 internally displaced people
•	Hired and led a team of 50 to carry out strategic operations and communications under a community-centred Neighborhood Return & Relocation program to include shelter beneficiary selection in coordination with the U.N. cluster system, NGOs, and the Haitian government. 
o	Directed Coordinated Cash Transfer and Livelihood efforts within urban camps, settlements, and neighbourhoods.
