A MATRICAplaza az én gyermekem: a legnagyobb matrica webáruház. Több, mint 11.000 féle saját gyártású terméket kínált az áruház 24 féle színben, 5 féle méretben. Lehet szorozni, hogy ez mennyi termék-variációt jelent...

Tisztán keresőoptimalizálással sikerült felfuttatni az áruházat és némi kis kattintás alapú hirdetéssel lett stabilizálva a látogatottság. A legjobb időkben valahol 300 forint körül volt a konverziós költség, 5.500Ft átlagos kosárérték mellett. Ez elég jó üzlet volt.

Ez egy teljesen nulláról felépített üzletem volt viszonteladókkal,  tokkal-vonóval, toronyórával és lánccal.

A legtöbb tapasztalatot itt szereztem a saját üzletemben.

Ez egy amolyan one-man-show volt, éjjel-nappal munkavégzéssel. 

Nem volt mögöttem csapat, ezért saját magamon kísérleteztem. Többek között ennek a két dolognak köszönhető, hogy ez a nagyszerű biznisz 7 év után bezárta kapuit és ezután majd' egy évig rá sem tudtam nézni semmiféle internetes üzletre.

Aztán ugrottam egy bombát a Linkedin medencéjébe, aztán kijött a könyvem - de ez már egy másik történet...

Az első weboldalamat 1999-ben készítettem. Nagyon ronda volt. Azóta sokat fejlődtem. Volt rá időm...

I started my professional career as a mechanical development engineer and then had the opportunity to gain experience in both management and process development at different company levels. Later on, I also worked as a practical instructor in lean engineering at BME.

During my career of 5 years in management and 10 years of process development, I have gained thorough understanding on the specifics of manufacturing, production and office processes through several successful process development projects. In some of these projects, I also had the role of technical lead and coordinator, which serves as a firm basis for my current work as a developer, as I am familiar with the fundamental problems and opportunities in the operation of companies. My experience in complex corporate environments, my strategic thinking and operational delivery skills enable me to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels of the organisational hierarchy.

My goal is to help Hungarian SMEs achieve their business goals by creating a culture of process improvement.
