Ep 1 - El Decoupling (una forma elegante de rajarte) 
10 años trabajando en agencias... y alguna me comí.
 y acá vengo a contártelas para que no te pase lo mismo.

Hace unos años, en otra agencia, nos cayó el famoso “decoupling”.
Nombre de consultoría que suena a cambio importante, pero casi nadie sabe qué es hasta que es tarde.

Yo, en modo automático.
Pensando: “esto es otra mejora de procesos, seguimos igual, no pasa nada”.
Nadie me pidió análisis.
Nadie preguntó por escenarios alternativos.
Y yo, sin levantar una sola bandera roja.

Y si, era un proyecto win‑win… pero para otros.

 En realidad, era la antesala para mudarse a un hub más barato.

𝗟𝗮 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗮 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘃𝗲 (𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗼 𝗱𝗲 𝗹𝗮 𝗰𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮)
Un día, en la cafetera —donde pasan las conversaciones que sí importan— le pregunto al Director General Creativo:
— Che… ¿cómo van a hacer la creatividad allá afuera?
Él me mira con esa cara de “pah… qué iluso este pibe”,
 levanta las cejas y responde:
— ¿Qué creatividad?
 — Nosotros adaptamos piezas nomás.
Silencio.
 De esos que te bajan el azúcar, el ego y la ingenuidad al mismo tiempo.
— ¿Pero… tenemos un fee entero para adaptaciones?
Ahí se me congeló la nuca.
 Y no por el cliente:
 por darme cuenta de que no tenía idea real del valor que aportábamos.

𝗟𝗮 𝗹𝗲𝗰𝗰𝗶ó𝗻
👉 El revenue no se va cuando te avisan… se va cuando vos no te das cuenta de que el negocio ya cambió.
Seguíamos defendiendo un modelo viejo mientras el mercado estaba en otra. 
Nos pasamos de listos, y cuando llegó un hub más barato, ya estaba todo cocinado.

Por otro lado, está mi parte en todo esto: no podés estar en todos lados ni saberlo todo, pero cuando el aire cambia, lo sentís.
Hoy estoy más atento: curiosidad arriba, alerta prendida. Mucho pasa por mail ahora, así que también intento leer intenciones y tonos. No es ciencia, pero ayuda.
Y sé algo más: en este negocio tan dinámico, para un contable es imposible conocer toda la cocina. Siempre vamos un paso atrás y siempre alguna nos comemos… pero eso no desalienta. Al contrario: te obliga a seguir leyendo el negocio y afinar el olfato cada vez un poquito más.
