Senior Director – Partner Solution Consulting

Championed efforts to drive direct revenue impact selling into and through channel partners with team of 19. Engaged and led co-sales efforts with partners, which included aligning capabilities of platform to realize sell-through via organizations powered by ServiceNow. Presented at customer and partner executive briefings, offering subject matter expertise in connection with joint routes to market and development strategies.

Director – Partner Solution Consulting

Assumed leadership role to organize and stabilize business with 12 staff, comprising pre-sales solution consultants supporting ServiceNow’s AMS-based partner ecosystem. Drove execution of pre-sales engagements, business strategy, and thought leadership for sales, services, and service provider partnerships. Mentored and developed team members to performance excellence. Established pipeline of potential candidates to support hiring of resources to improve bench strength.

Senior Manager – Partner Solution Consulting

Led business development efforts to support partners growing and selling $10M+ in ServiceNow professional services annually. Collaborated with sales teams accountable for partner relationships and drove sales strategy with sales leadership. Drafted statements of work [SOWs], including design, scope, project sizing, and pricing for ServiceNow deployments aligned with partners’ routes to market.

Principal – Solution Development Manager 

CompuCom

Leveraged ServiceNow as interconnected partner to deliver technology managed services to customers. Oversaw 2 portfolios that delivered $250M in annual revenue and expanded market footprint, as well as additional relationships with Verint, Cisco, and eGain.   Negotiated contracts with key technologies to maintain accountability for business outcomes required by products.

Product Portfolio Director 

Progressed through multiple roles of increasing accountability and ultimately promoted to managing solutions director. Oversaw teams defining architecture and design of cross-product solutions and services with contracts valued between $10M and $50M annually. Recognized as sales organization’s subject matter expert [SME] as part of aligning internal strategy organization with external business partners. Drove decisions for ServiceNow and Service Management service design across delivery towers.

In 2014, I was recruited to join ServiceNow to grow market share, increase market penetration, and grow revenue and profitability. As a result of my performance, I have been quickly promoted into multiple roles of increasing accountability and scope. I currently serve as senior director where I created and executed business plans to deliver multibillion-dollar revenue and realizing 33% year-over-year (YoY) growth. I have been critical in redefining the evolution of roles, responsibilities and operating model resulting in improved coverage by more than 15%. As a testament to my commitment to delivering on the company’s strategic goals, I have been awarded multiple accolades, including the solution consulting Manager of the Year, Winners Circle and many more. None of my accomplishments would be possible without the incredible team members with whom I have worked with.
