With over 15 years of experience in creating and transforming experience ecosystems, I am passionate about reimagining how people interact with health and wellness services and products.

As a former Disney Imagineer, Chief Innovation Officer, and founder of the Disruptor League, I have a proven track record of leading and executing innovative projects that generate significant revenue, customer loyalty, and social impact. I am also an author, speaker, podcast host, and neurodiversity advocate who shares my insights and stories on how to embrace change, challenge assumptions, and kiss your dragons. I hold a black belt in innovation engineering and certifications in design thinking and human-centered design.
