About me

I have been an experienced litigator for more than a decade.  I focus my practice on labor and employment which involves the representation of corporate-management defendants in pre-litigation and litigation  matters brought by former employees alleging wrongful termination based upon discrimination, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) classification, failure to accommodate, and breach of employment contract. I also work as assigned counsel for several national insurance companies and collaborate closely with clients, claims professionals, and  attorneys to handle complex pre-litigation and litigation matters. 

I represent clients in all areas of litigation which include court appearances and depositions in both state and federal courts. With several defense verdicts which include bench and jury trials, I have a demonstrated track record of success as a litigator.

I also provide legal services, advice and support, including acting as outside general counsel.
