Another outstanding afternoon of connection with our ProVisors community!

Our ProVisors NYC9 group recently gathered for a networking luncheon at the stunning Compass Realty office of James Fierro Jr in Flatiron. As always, the room was filled with trusted advisors, meaningful conversations, and relationship-driven networking at its best.

We were also honored to welcome visiting ProVisors members from South Florida as our guests. It was a pleasure connecting with them, sharing insights across markets, and strengthening relationships beyond our local community.

I concentrate on the effective onboarding of new members, training of new group leaders, and provide support to regional directors. I maintain the consistency and continuity of PV processes/procedures, elevating the experience of over 8,000 members and 24 regions coast to coast.

I conduct 5 training modules on a monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly basis.  The subject matter highlights:

*New Member Orientation-apply member benefits to improve professional visibility, improve channels of commerce, and support of key business development goals

*Group Leader Training- review the the role of a group leader, recruitment/retention of members, and running effective meetings

*Affinity Group Leader Training- one on one training for leaders that manage more concentrated subject matter (industry-related)group , review fundamentals, programming, and running effective meetings

*EC Workshops-review key roles of an Executive Committee, best practices, and interaction with EC members

*Accelerated Member Series- a forum of tenured members that dive deeper into best practices, tips/tricks to maximize their member benefits

Vice President, Leadership and Member Development

As Regional Director, I managed the Chicagoland region's recruitment/retention efforts:

*Established and maintained a robust pipeline of candidates
*Trained members on essential business development tools that create consistent flow of business commerce
*Planned/managed the opening of new groups within the region
*Developed action plans for emerging groups and recovery plans for underperforming groups
*Led quarterly Group Leader meetings
*Trained Executive Committee members via EC workshops, stimulating personal growth and development between GLs, hosts and EC members. 

The Chicago region grew by 30% within 24months, exceeding 330 members- December 2020 reached the highest number of recruited members since its inception in the region.  Maintaining a member retention rate of over 72% was a great achievement in the midst of a pandemic.

*Liaison between clients and hotel community, venues, and food and beverage outlets.  
Coordinated all logistics regarding city visits, organized site inspections. (hotel developments, current hotel market trends), and any city initiatives that may have an immediate impact on their meeting

*Developed and maintained an organizational tracking mechanism streamlining the closing process of over 2,800 accounts, promoting accuracy and transparency in all booking transactions.  This module was implemented as a standard operating procedure for the entire sales department.
