Design and implementation of GTM for M&A merger: Analyste (Carve out from Basware), and Opus Capita. 

Building the steady-state team and business. Implementing a Growth Hacking GTM plan and day-to-day operations. Redesigning and recruiting new team and organization.

Leading the international growth, focusing on expanding the business and accelerating SaaS revenue internationally, with the first proof of concepts per territory, initial partnerships, brand recognition, and accelerating with the recruitment of international teams. A key part of the task was to build scalability via marketplace and partner channels. 

As a Chief Growth Officer, I managed teams across key areas that drive growth, which included Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Cross-organizational Growth teams. Tasked to build and grow the business and Sales&Marketing organization into a steady-state business, including the pre-and-post planning and execution of international TIPCO M&A in 2021.

Ensuring that Basware Key and Corporate clients have the best of breed solutions in place enabling them to supercharge the P2P process and functions. I ramped up and executed on the Inside Sales function at Basware from December 2015 until March 2017.  

The focus of the projects that we are doing with our clients currently are : enhancing the procure to pay process, increasing the level of automation in the finance department, moving on premise legacy systems into the cloud, introducing robotics in integrations between interfaces, financing solutions for suppliers, moving paper processes into paperless forms , to name a few.  In all of the projects we see a strong desire, that we do share with our customers, to really utilize the data and the analytics tools that we provide to understand and develop the operations even further. 

Analyste ( now Nomentia) was carved out from Basware in 2018.

-	J’assiste la Directrice Qualité dans la mise en place de la démarche Qualité sur l’ensemble du réseau du groupe. Suivi DUERP des sites.
-	Je consolide et assure le suivi des données issues des sites (indicateurs qualité, réclamations clients, enquêtes de satisfaction, etc.).
-	J’assure le suivi avec les Organismes publiques et améliore nos outils de reporting (intégration de nouvelles solutions tel Power BI)

Elivia Le Lion est l’un des 3 plus grands sites d’abattage et de découpe de viande de France, avec une capacité hebdomadaire de 1250 tonnes de viandes découpées, pour 600 salariés. Le site d’Elivia Le Lion est certifié ISO 22000 avec une démarche RSE (site ICPE). Nos services Support sont certifiés ISO 9001.

Quotidien & Hebdomadaire :
-	Planification et suivi des contrôles Qualité (analyse pathogène, hygiène du personnel, nettoyage des installations)
-	Participation aux réunions quotidiennes des managers des équipes de production et Mise à jour des documents Qualité.
-	Suivi particulier de la conformité des viandes référencées selon le cahier des charges “La Nouvelle Agriculture” (taux oméga 3/6). 

Mensuel : Audit interne des ateliers selon le référentiel ISO 22000, avec mise en œuvre du plan d’action, suivi des formations PrPO.
Missions d’amélioration : Révision de la traçabilité des abats, mise en place de protocoles de contrôle en réponse aux principaux litiges clients. Animation des réunions de projets avec suivi terrain avec les équipes, collecte des données, etc.
