Building the steady-state team and business. Implementing a Growth Hacking GTM plan and day-to-day operations. Redesigning and recruiting new team and organization.

Leading the international growth, focusing on expanding the business and accelerating SaaS revenue internationally, with the first proof of concepts per territory, initial partnerships, brand recognition, and accelerating with the recruitment of international teams. A key part of the task was to build scalability via marketplace and partner channels. 

As a Chief Growth Officer, I managed teams across key areas that drive growth, which included Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Cross-organizational Growth teams. Tasked to build and grow the business and Sales&Marketing organization into a steady-state business, including the pre-and-post planning and execution of international TIPCO M&A in 2021.

Ensuring that Basware Key and Corporate clients have the best of breed solutions in place enabling them to supercharge the P2P process and functions. I ramped up and executed on the Inside Sales function at Basware from December 2015 until March 2017.  

The focus of the projects that we are doing with our clients currently are : enhancing the procure to pay process, increasing the level of automation in the finance department, moving on premise legacy systems into the cloud, introducing robotics in integrations between interfaces, financing solutions for suppliers, moving paper processes into paperless forms , to name a few.  In all of the projects we see a strong desire, that we do share with our customers, to really utilize the data and the analytics tools that we provide to understand and develop the operations even further.

That includes creating new connections, upkeeping the existing connections, communication and problem solving. I work closely with our R&D department to implement new invoicing standards and customer specific solutions. I am the representative for Basware in the Finnish e-invoice operator forum where we create common rules and practices within the e-invoicing industry in Finland.

Senior Technical Service Specialist, Network Services

I worked as a project manager to create the automation principles for transaction error handling in the Basware Business Transactions environment. The system processes over 100 million invoices per year, so the automation of errors is critical to the success of the company. This task included the documentation of all possible errors in the system, creating monitoring guidelines and training global support. My other tasks included day-to-day monitoring, bug reporting, fixing problems and co-operating with the support department.
