•	Led balance sheet reconciliations for the past seven years and successfully completed the whole process within three months of joining the company, which helped in early identification and resolution of discrepancies as well as mitigation of errors going forward. 
•	Detected and resolved merchandise and restaurant inventory integration issue between POS and accounting systems. 
•	Developed and rolled out new processes to reconcile 11 inter-company accounts housed on separate QuickBooks companies.
