HR and Talent Acquisition Manager

•	3rd member of HR department hired on for brand-new multi-million dollar OEM manufacturing facility
•	Successfully led team to staff entire organization, including filling 1200+ positions
•	Pioneered US HR policies, procedures and processes. 
•	Worked closely with global counterparts to ensure we were maintaining the Volvo culture
•	Built relationships with local military bases to attract hard-to-find talent, attended TAP classes to speak about the organization and what we can offer. 
•	Developed Hiring Process for both hourly and salary employees
•	Partnered with the state on the recruitment and training and development for hourly employees
•	Developed Onboarding program to ensure Volvo employees had a strong education on the company when they started
•	Worked closely with technical managers on hiring of hard-to-find technical personnel, including assisting in the development of assessments and other gates to locate the appropriate skillset
•	Held focus groups for hard to find positions to tap into our current talent pools and understand what is holding people back from applying and coming on board with Volvo.
