•	Executive Officer for a 66-Soldier Headquarters Unit in a Military Intelligence Battalion.  Responsible for managing logistical support, maintenance, unit movement, and administration of company operations.
•	Supervised and developed four direct reports and oversaw the company’s supply accountability program, maintenance program, and arms room.  Responsible for the accountability and maintenance of property worth over $4,500,000.
•	Assisted the Commander in providing for the safety, health, welfare, morale, and discipline of all unit soldiers and their families.  Served as the Company Commander in his or her absence.

Military Intelligence Battalion Headquarters Company - Executive Officer

•	Leader responsible for the welfare, morale, and discipline of a 12-person Multi-Function Team specializing in multi-discipline intelligence collection, exploitation, and analysis in support of United States Force—Iraq (USF-I).  
•	Leader responsible for the maintenance and accountability of $3,000,000 of Army property without loss or damage.
•	In high stress environment with minimal supervision, teamed with infantry battalion command and staff to adapt and synchronize assets to better analyze insurgent activity and smuggling operations in Maysan Province, Iraq, resulting in the capture of several high value targets, the identification of corruption and enemy support within the Iraqi Government, Police, and Army, and execution of pre-deployment mission.

If you're a Veteran whose served or an Athlete who's played sports at elite levels, you know the transition to the "real world" can be a grab bag of emotions. 

You've trained for years, honing your craft.  Invested blood, sweat, and tears with teammates on the field of battle - proverbially and literally.  You've faced adversity that most could never imagine.  Some triumphs, some defeats, and many lessons learned.  Most the hard way.  And you're better because of it.  You're a resilient, battle tested competitor.  If not a warrior. 

And then all of the sudden...it's over.  

You walk away from all you've known and loved for as long as you can remember.  The foundation you built for years - your reputation, your accolades, your confidence - almost disappears the moment you flip the page to another chapter in your life.

No certifications that amount to anything meaningful in the corporate world. 

No idea where to start.  Daunting to think about starting what's basically a new life from scratch.

But there's hope.  

Little may you know, your arsenal is stocked full of ammo to be an elite SaaS seller.  

It's just a matter of revealing your strengths, identifying your mentors, aligning your background to the right companies, and accelerating your sales learning curve by borrowing from those who've blazed the path before you.  One day, you too will pay it forward.
