Responsible for introducing and proliferating the adoption of xMEMS breakthrough monolithic MEMS speaker technology that will change how sound is delivered in nearly every electronic device including earbuds, headsets, mobile phones and IOT devices.     As a player/coach, I am personally building the xMEM's pipeline while scaling and managing a high-performance sales and customer success team focused on helping companies worldwide take advantage of the benefits that silicon speakers bring to their products.

Overall ownership for all hosted IOT Bluetooth and Wifi Connectivity IC software spanning wireless gaming, TV, audio, wearables, home automation, drone and camera business segments.  Responsible  for  product definition for multiple generations of IC’s and lead cross-functional international teams of product managers, marketing, sales, engineers, and attorneys from inception to successful launch.

Staff Product Manager and Business Development - IOT

Stonestreet One

Overall owner of all revenue generation.  Responsible for management and training of European and Asian sales representatives,  channel partners, and direct sales for the Americas  for the company's primary Bluetooth software stack product serving consumer electronics, wearables, and IOT products and IC partners. Grew companies licensing exponentially and positioned the company for acquisition by Qualcomm. Managed and expanded Stonestreet One's partnerships creating the perception that company was the goto Bluetooth stack provider in the industry.

The JAM Brands

Took a break and started an event company that grossed over $1.5M in 2 years.  Created partnerships and sold it to a leading company in the events space.   Upon acquisition lead the parent company's sales team and increased sales the of the parent company's sales by 10%.  Additionally transformed the parent companies event planning processes adopting new technologies.

Manged engineering team and lead integration and transition of the Clarity's Technology's IP after acquisition.     Quickly scaled technology and adopted CSR's processes which made Clarity one of CSR's leading acquisitions.    The core technology cVc  was positioned such that it was still a  dominant technology in the automotive space when CSR was acquired 10 years later by Qualcomm.

Hired and managed the engineering and research team.  Lead complete overhaul of the original start-up technology and successfully commercialized new handsfree, novel noise suppression, and audio IP.   Successfully met with all levels of customer management and engineering to assist sales efforts. Frequently participated in raising $25M in venture funds throughout the life of the company. Participated in strategic and tactical planning in addition to roadshows and negotiations that positioned the company for eventual sale to Cambridge Silicon Radio.
