Whilst Overdue Invoices started off as a commercial debt recovery business it quickly became apparent that many of our customers required help with practical advice on how to minimize the risk of their customers becoming late, or none paying clients.

This resulted in us evolving into a business that helps our clients to address this serious issue.

PREVENTION 

We supply the latest cloud based software platforms to remove most of the headaches that SME's face with their accounts receivables.  This includes:
• Customer Credit Report
• Customer Credit Score/Rating

It will also give you daily alerts on your customer base for the following changes:

• Change of Director
• Change of Address
• Change of Credit Score/Rating
• County Court Judgement Notices
• Dissolution Notices
• Winding up Order Notice
• Profit Warnings (PLC)

All of these notifications help you to keep your finger on the pulse of your customers business and give you early warning flags that all may not be as it seems.

Once the automated process is set up our clients can have as little or as much involvement in the accounts receivable process as they wish to have. 

This service is offered on a very inexpensive monthly subscription basis, our most popular package costs just £45 per month.

CURE

When an Overdue Invoice reaches an unacceptable point please contact us.

The introduction of a third-party to chase your OVERDUE INVOICES sends a very strong message to the debtor that you are serious.  Most debtors realise at this point that the payment needs to take priority over other creditors that aren't pushing as hard for a payment.

We offer this service on a No Win No Fee basis, and charge 10% of all monies recovered.

All of the skills and experiences that I have acquired over the years have been invaluable in setting up and growing Overdue Invoices ltd.

I know from first-hand experience how important cashflow is to a business and still get a real buzz from helping our clients to get paid, especially when they have resigned themselves to writing off the invoices as bad debt.

What started off as a commercial debt recovery business, has quickly evolved into a business that also advises clients on how to minimize the risk of late or none paying customers, by using very inexpensive but effective software tools.  

Our proposition is quite unique in this industry, and a couple of my competitors have said to me..... 

"You are reducing the number of bad debts that your clients likely to get, which means less opportunities for you, why on earth would you do that"?

The truth is, we want to be a trusted advisor to our clients, an extension of their accounts department, helping them to avoid offering credit terms to organisations that are too risky.  

This approach minimizes our clients exposure to bad debt, but on the odd occasion that it does happen, we can feel more confident that the debtor is able to pay.
