PSA for the supply chain world: If they have a pulse, that doesn’t automatically mean you should sell to them.
 
I see too many companies out here trying to be everything to everyone. Chasing every lead. Stretching themselves thinner than a warehouse pallet wrap in July. And it always ends the same way: Overpromising. Underdelivering. Imploding.
 
You want to win? Get nimble. Get smart. Know who you serve, and who you absolutely should NOT try to serve.
 
The industry is shifting under our feet. Tariffs? Changing. Policies? Shifting. Regulations? Mutating. New shocks are coming, and the people who think they can grow by guessing are about to get whiplash.
 
My advice? Don’t make panic decisions. Don’t tie your entire strategy to some politician’s Tuesday morning mood swing.
 
And for the love of logistics, don’t pretend you can execute a solution you’ve never actually executed before.
 
Stay sharp. Stay ready. And stay humble enough to pivot when the market flips… because it will.
