• Project managed third party creative, PR and design agencies to change the perception of Pockit from a prepaid MasterCard to a Fintech challenger bank ("the world's most inclusive bank") helping to serve the 6m unbanked or underserved people in the UK.
•	Created and edited copy and content for website and mobile app, email campaigns and CRM, blog posts, award entries, case studies, short presentations & press releases.
•	Content creation for social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Medium, and LinkedIn.
•	Conducted comprehensive research to understand Pockit’s user base, including surveys, financial analysis, and face-to-face interviews.
