Roles & Responsibilities:

I worked on Manpower Supply Basis on this Project.

*	Development of L-3, L-4 schedule (Resource Loaded), manpower histogram, and equipment deployment plan based on a construction project.
*	Provide accurate & timely “what-if” schedule scenarios as required by Project Management (Material schedule variances, Productivity Impacts, etc.)
*	Monitoring all activities in the project schedule for potential delays and regularly updating claims and variation logs.
*	Prepare Time to impact claims/EOT, Variation, and prepare an assessment for the Project manager/ Management. Review design changes/ Trend Notices and assess time impact.

The project comprises engineering, procurement, modules and buildings fabrication , transportation, construction and commissioning of island surface facilities (EPC-2) on four artificial islands. Specifically, this will include cluster manifolds, crude oil process facilities, water injection and gas lift, oil export pumps, power generation and associated utilities.
These facilities will begin operations in 2018.
