I’m a physician turned entrepreneur focused on building meaningful businesses, supporting leaders, and sharing experience to help people grow.

Through 13 years as an anesthesiologist and medical director, I often wondered how caring for one patient at a time could truly move the needle. That desire to scale access to care led me to entrepreneurship.

With that in mind, I co-founded OFFOR Health, a mobile healthcare company now delivering care to more than 13,000 children each year by reducing barriers to access, and LOUD Capital, which began as a venture capital firm and now operates exclusively as a private credit platform.

The venture investing work continued within LOUD Ventures, where I now serve as Managing Partner, investing in and building patient-centric healthcare companies.

The hands-on philosophy that has always defined LOUD inspired the creation of LOUD Collective, a business value ecosystem that brings together data, leadership, and operational expertise to help companies scale with intention.

I’m also a co-founder of Beyond Physician, a platform created to empower physicians to use their voice and directly shape the industry. Our technology analyzes emotional, behavioral, and contextual signals from physician interviews, translating them into rich insights for pharmaceutical and medical device companies.

Throughout the journey, I’ve learned that success without alignment is unsustainable. Core to my work is building with intention, staying grounded through daily mental and physical practices, and helping others navigate change with clarity and confidence. I share these lessons through writing, speaking, and community, knowing that none of us grows alone.

Supervise and Manage the Stitching Department: Oversee daily operations within the stitching department, ensuring that production targets are met, and quality standards are maintained.

2. Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor the stitching team, including tailors, machine operators, and helpers. Monitor their performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans as needed.

3. Production Planning and Control: Develop and implement production schedules based on order requirements. Ensure efficient use of resources, including manpower, machines, and materials, to meet deadlines.

4. Quality Assurance: Inspect stitched products for quality, checking for proper alignment, thread tension, stitch density, and seam strength. Ensure all products adhere to the company’s quality standards and specifications.

5. Machine Maintenance: Ensure all stitching machines are in good working condition. Coordinate with the maintenance team for regular servicing, repairs, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

6.Inventory Management Monitor :the stock levels of threads, needles, fabrics, and other stitching materials. Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure timely replenishment.

7. Process Optimization: Continuously assess and improve stitching processes to enhance productivity and reduce wastage. Implement best practices and innovative techniques to improve efficiency and quality.

8. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production output, quality control checks, machine maintenance, and inventory levels. Provide regular reports to senior management on department performance.

9. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and standards within the stitching area. Conduct regular safety training and audits to minimize risks and accidents.

   10. Collaboration with Other Departments Work closely with the design, cutting, and finishing departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.

	To ensure the quality of QC team absenteeism & Attrition on daily basis.

	To Adhere QMS Compliance Through the Organization.
	To Generate and circulate Daily MIS ( Measurable )
	Act on deviation based on MIS Alert and maintaining the QMS Standard
	Customer care cell updating and communication. 
	Internal Audit following  0,1,3,5,7 Steps followed 
	To develop manage and implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to tech quality assurance and policies into compliance as per customer requirements.
	Devising and reviewing specifications of products or processes.
	Interacting Development and Production Team to maintain product quality and Safety.
	Setting requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
	To monitor QA/QC performance reports & records to identify the GAP for training and development.
	To analyze factory quality performance as per the defects & rejection. 
	To do auditing and controlling on daily basis.
