I took over on the final phase eHealth projects, where in three different projects more then four different suppliers delivered one E-Health system in separate parts. The biggest challenges of three independent projects were to put together one working system. In just three years, the eHealth system was implemented in a production environment, and in parallel, another project for the development of the eHealth system has been finished. Currently, electronic sickness leave and prescriptions are being issued in the country as a main document. Also basic data about patient are kept and updated regularly.
Meanwhile eHealth projects we organized the largest conference of the Latvian Presidency "E-health Week". This conference were attended by representatives of all EU Member States and the Commissioners of the European Commission.

The State Regional Development Agency

This period was dedicated for revolution in Services and eServices in the Public Sector. While working in the company, I launched the first Public eServices portal and interoperability service sharing platform was introduced. Portal and platform provided the basis for further systematization of eServices and services in the country. Created basis for infrastructure was so strong that today eService portal www.latvija.lv is the most popular platform for receiving e-services and find right services. 
Currently, more than 700 state and municipal eServices are deployed on the eServices portal, with usage more than 3 million times by early 2019.
In parallel, in the interoperability platform was created single authentication and central payment module for  eServices, which is currently used by the largest public authorities such as the State Revenue Service, CSDD, Agricultural Data Center, etc
One of the most challenging eServices that was introduced by me was the Electronic unified admission to universities for basic studies for 10 universities. During admission over a few days more than 14`000 applications were processed and made competitions to selected correct study programs. The most challenging part of this project was to combine the needs of all the universities involved in one solution and completed it in record short time.

When working in the company:
1. More than 100 contracts were signed, including of creating of the content of the contract;
2. Tens of purchases with detailed technical specifications realized;
3. Dozens of information system and eService development and implementation projects implemented.
