With 8 years in the U.S. Army specializing in Information Security and Cyber Defense, and 8+ years of combined programming experience across military and civilian sectors, I’ve spent over 15 years in the tech industry developing resilience, grit, and leadership in high-pressure environments. After my service, I became one of only eight recipients of the prestigious 2020 SVA Google Scholar award and led the first-ever ACM-W affiliated computer science club at Oregon State University-Cascades, where I championed diversity in computer science. Now, as a Senior Software Engineer with advanced graduate-level expertise, I tackle complex challenges with determination and a collaborative spirit. I’m passionate about driving innovation while lifting others up through mentorship, fostering inclusive teams, and creating a lasting, positive impact in dynamic tech environments.
