I’ve had leaders put me in situations I didn’t think I could do, seemed underqualified for, and kindly pushed me. And guess what? I’ve never grown more in my career.

Growth happens when we’re not sure if we can and do it anyways.
Growth happens when someone believes in us and supports us.
Growth happens when we push through even in the midst of the unknown.

There’s so much talk of failure vs success and what it means to not hit the mark.

Well, it really feels like failure is the choice to not even try at all.

Responsible for evangelizing Alexa and voice technology at large-scale events in US, UK, and DE. Held 80+ events in 12 months and trained thousands of developers to build custom skills for Alexa using AWS services and popular APIs. Designed and built an icon-making tool to remove a common barrier to publishing skills. Recognized for energy, drive, and "scrappy" resourcefulness ensuring a successful product launch in markets abroad.

Building mobile and web applications with React is my specialty. I've served as a UX Engineer, Developer Advocate, and Solutions Architect at several of the leading tech companies. Two things that I think have allowed me to excel in the industry are: innate creativity and perseverance. I believe there's always a solution - and once we've decided upon one, I'm determined to deliver the best possible work within given constraints.
