I’ve had leaders put me in situations I didn’t think I could do, seemed underqualified for, and kindly pushed me. And guess what? I’ve never grown more in my career.

Growth happens when we’re not sure if we can and do it anyways.
Growth happens when someone believes in us and supports us.
Growth happens when we push through even in the midst of the unknown.

There’s so much talk of failure vs success and what it means to not hit the mark.

Well, it really feels like failure is the choice to not even try at all.

In my role as a Graduate Analyst at Mott MacDonald, I played a role in supporting the Heathrow Asset Management & Compliance (AMC) Programme Leadership Team. 

• Prepare meeting agendas and keep minutes for weekly leadership team meetings.
• Support Rolling Lifecycle tranche deliverables.
• Engage with Heathrow design partners and asset renewal partners to create a holistic picture of Heathrow enterprise software architecture.
• Contributed to the overall success of the program by ensuring smooth operations and compliance.

R.O.C Military 

• I was enlisted to serve in R.O.C Military Police Branch for the 4 months compulsory military training as my civil duty. 
• led my squad in identifying and leveraging the strengths and weaknesses of each member during recruit training, leading to better and more successful team assessments.
• Maintained calm demeanour under pressure, utilising training to diffuse conflict and maintain safety. Reduced potential for harm and ensured mission success.

Military Police Private 

International Business Society at Alliance Manchester Business School

• Co-ordinated at least 5 events with the school administrators for exchange students, with overall 90% student satisfaction
• Initiated 2 ideas to the administrators such as weekend trips, and concierge service, with 75% student engagement rate
• Created end-of-semester surveys and advised the administrators with suggestions to improve future events according to the students’ responses

• Consulted 5 students on behalf of the University to understand prospective students’ different viewpoints
•  Personalised advice to clients regarding the University, the programmes, and the city
•  Educated with marketing techniques used by the University because I am always looking to improve

Student Ambassador for Manchester Calling

The Affiliated Senior High School of National Taiwan Normal University

• Managed 10 members and planned NTD $100,000 budget to ensure smooth operations of the department
• Published 9 seasonal newspaper to disseminate essential and educational information with 2,800 student audience
• Attended 3 student parliamentary meetings to justify department policies and annual expenditure

I am an MSc Entrepreneurship graduate from Bayes Business School, where I developed a deep expertise in innovation management, marketing innovation, new venture creation, and high-growth business management. My academic journey was distinguished by active engagement in generating innovative business ideas and crafting comprehensive business plans.
