As a Lead volunteer and coordinator of Meditation and Mindfulness Programs at Google, I have a track record of successfully creating and implementing outreach and marketing initiatives at a company-wide level, building and scaling community, and deepening the practice of others.

My programs have included live streams, workshops, newsletters, podcasts, partnerships with employee resource groups, and team consultations, as well as daily guided and unguided meditations and facilitator training programs reaching over 5000 colleagues globally with mindfulness and wellbeing content.

In addition to my outreach and marketing efforts, I designed and launched custom wellbeing programming at the organizational and team levels reaching hundreds of employees with impactful, highly regarded and requested webinars, live events, and group workshops. 

I also developed and maintained relationships with external mindfulness and wellbeing vendors, agencies, keynote speakers, researchers, and luminaries in order to bring the best resources and expertise to our programs.

As a member of the Large Partner Solutions Team in the Global Business Operations Organization, I built and maintained strong partnerships with executives and account representatives at major national news conglomerates, leveraging my expertise in journalism and stakeholder management to generate over $100M in revenue.

I managed an educational marketing outreach program and designed a custom LMS  supporting customer education marketing programs, and certifications for Google products, educating over 500,000 journalists in 25 languages.

I also developed, launched, and scaled a community network of 400+ universities in 40 countries offering grants, digital skills, and training on Google products for education and journalism.

I evangelized Google's tools for research and journalism to over 30,000 journalists across 36 countries, working to establish the Google Earth brand as a trusted partner for news gathering and storytelling.

I also designed and launched new marketing, outreach, and data-driven approaches to building and maintaining relationships with key media outlets, bringing regional Google tools workshops to newsrooms worldwide, training 1700 journalists in EMEA, LATAM, and MENA.

Designed, operationalized, and scaled the Talent Solutions Enterprise Program, a worldwide G2M program that unlocked new value for customers and accelerated growth in LinkedIn’s largest business line.

After collaborating on a successful program roll-out in North America, I decided to move to Ireland to build the Talent Solutions Enterprise Program in Europe, Asia and Latin America. 

My title was Monetization, but I wore many hats: From determining program strategy to designing pricing frameworks, facilitating dozens of trainings with senior sales teams (including one in Paris en français), collaborating with our sellers on needle-moving deals, operationalizing pricing and sales processes, and managing executive stakeholder relations.

It was through this international experience that I gained an appreciation for the complexity of European, Asian & Latin American markets, and the knowledge of how to strike a delicate balance between a regional approach and a global objective.

Associate Manager, Monetization Strategy & Ops - EMEA, APAC & LATAM

As the first hire on the new Monetization Team, I drove pricing, operations & framework design for LinkedIn’s 8-figure Talent Solutions Enterprise Program, which hit 300% of its bookings target in 2017. 

My role in this key initiative required collaboration with a dozen cross-functional partners and teams, completely upending how LinkedIn’s sales teams sell, how quotas are set, how order forms are created, even how LinkedIn recognized revenue. 
 
To help LinkedIn grow into this future, I determined pricing frameworks, created new policies, built training content, facilitated workshops, priced individual deals, and even pitched to external executives. I also owned KPI reporting to senior sales leadership. 

I taught myself Excel (thanks, LinkedIn Learning!) and built a multivariable deal calculator in tandem with an internal tracking database to enable pricing and tracking of 1000+ deals from 500+ sales reps. These tools touched 12 segments, covered 15 products, 6 currencies, and are still used in every region in which LinkedIn sells.

Associate Manager, Monetization Operations

My LinkedIn journey started as one of 15 associates in the Business Leadership Program. Associates in “BLP” develop skills and gain exposure to LinkedIn's business and products through rotations and projects.

Rotation 1: Talent Acquisition – Technical Recruiter 
Sourced and recruited 4 LinkedIn Engineering hires (3 senior roles) during a 4-month rotation. 
Sent thousands of InMails to candidates and conducted over 75 interviews to attract talent in a challenging market.

Rotation 2: Customer Operations - Enterprise Support
Solved ~1,400 customer support cases for LinkedIn clients, achieving 125%-150% of weekly quota and exceeding expectations for customer satisfaction scores.

Side Projects
Talent Solutions Enterprise Program (TSEP): Priced and helped negotiate new “all-in” Enterprise deals with some of LinkedIn’s largest and most strategic clients. This project led to a full-time conversion onto the Monetization Team as an Associate Manager.

LinkedIn for Good: LinkedIn actively helps connect non-profits with potential board members. In partnership with a Los Angeles non-profit bringing healthcare services to underserved communities, I led a successful search for two new board members.

Associate, Business Leadership Program - Global Sales

I empower injured athletes with slow recoveries, poor treatment results, and persistent symptoms to make a Pain Free Comeback. 

At age 18, I was a semi-pro cyclist diagnosed with a ruptured spinal disc.

Over two years, severe back pain ended my cycling career, pulled me out of college, left me partially bedridden, on strong painkillers, depressed, and with suicidal thoughts.

I tried every treatment I could find, but still endured constant pain - my recovery was uncertain.

Thankfully, I've been pain-free and unrestricted for over a decade.

Yet here's the thing: That ruptured spinal disc is still visible on my MRI.

The pain wasn’t 'all in my head.' It was real, severe, and in my body. 

But the problem wasn't my disc. And the solution wasn't to fix it. 

I’m not alone, either. More people are learning that some of the best athletes in the world with nagging injuries and structural abnormalities like bulging discs, torn meniscuses, and torn rotator cuffs have become pain-free without fixing their bodies.

I'm an Injury Comeback Coach, and I demystify how to do this for my clients. 

I've trained with renowned chronic pain specialists, sports medicine physicians, and psychologists from Cedars Sinai, Michigan State, and Wayne State. 

I've helped Kona triathletes, state champion cyclists, marathon runners, actors, American Ninja Warriors, and those who just want to enjoy movement again get back to their favorite activities in the face of scary injuries and persistent pain.

Before working together, many were unsatisfied with treatment results, unable to perform or even exercise, and unsure how — or if — they were going to get better. They felt their athletic identity had been ripped away and that their self-worth was shattered.

The good news is that proven injury solutions already exist, outperform conventional treatments, and are becoming widely adopted. And breakthroughs can happen in less time than it takes to heal a broken bone.

This is why I created the Pain Free Comeback Method. It empowers athletes to break through pain and injury, perform with a competitive advantage, and feel like themselves again.
