Our Vision is to Change Work from the Inside Out.

Essentially, to make work a more humane, conscious, and nurturing environment that promotes personal growth, self-awareness, and compassion, while delivering value to all stakeholders. 

We recognize that profitability is important, and that it comes with a need for balance not only for shareholders, but for employees, customers, and the broader global community. A world that works for everyone.
Our Mission is to Elevate conscious business practices through community and best practice sharing.

Changing Work is a collective of business leaders, employees, and consultants. 

Fundamentally, we do two things. 

First, we build community. There’s something incredibly powerful about being on a journey together with people who are bonded by a desire for a common good. 

Second, we share best practices. This comes in many forms - jointly written books, a podcast, a newsletter, courses, cohort-based learning, and more.

As a Lead volunteer and coordinator of Meditation and Mindfulness Programs at Google, I have a track record of successfully creating and implementing outreach and marketing initiatives at a company-wide level, building and scaling community, and deepening the practice of others.

My programs have included live streams, workshops, newsletters, podcasts, partnerships with employee resource groups, and team consultations, as well as daily guided and unguided meditations and facilitator training programs reaching over 5000 colleagues globally with mindfulness and wellbeing content.

In addition to my outreach and marketing efforts, I designed and launched custom wellbeing programming at the organizational and team levels reaching hundreds of employees with impactful, highly regarded and requested webinars, live events, and group workshops. 

I also developed and maintained relationships with external mindfulness and wellbeing vendors, agencies, keynote speakers, researchers, and luminaries in order to bring the best resources and expertise to our programs.

As a People Operations Program Manager and People Programs Specialist I curated change management initiatives for a team of over 140 people.

As a member of the Large Partner Solutions Team in the Global Business Operations Organization, I built and maintained strong partnerships with executives and account representatives at major national news conglomerates, leveraging my expertise in journalism and stakeholder management to generate over $100M in revenue.

I fostered strong relationships with strategic partnerships like Scripps, Media News Group, Dallas Morning News, and McClatchy.

I have a track record of innovating to find new uses for Google products to generate revenue, increase subscriptions, and leverage data for business decisions.

Strategic Partnerships Lead

On the Google News Lab team, I served as a Google Product Evangelist for thousands of journalists and newsrooms worldwide, and representing Google at global industry events. 

I managed an educational marketing outreach program and designed a custom LMS  supporting customer education marketing programs, and certifications for Google products, educating over 500,000 journalists in 25 languages.

I also developed, launched, and scaled a community network of 400+ universities in 40 countries offering grants, digital skills, and training on Google products for education and journalism. 

In addition, I managed agency relationships, scaling training and marketing outreach programs across APAC, EMEA, NA, MENA, and LATAM

Product Marketing Manager / Training & Development Manager

I evangelized Google's tools for research and journalism to over 30,000 journalists across 36 countries, working to establish the Google Earth brand as a trusted partner for news gathering and storytelling.

I also designed and launched new marketing, outreach, and data-driven approaches to building and maintaining relationships with key media outlets, bringing regional Google tools workshops to newsrooms worldwide, training 1700 journalists in EMEA, LATAM, and MENA.

-Showing up for the gym, even if only for 20 minutes (I struggled a lot in this 😅)

-Writing one page, even when I don’t feel like it

-Learning a new word in Korean

-Choosing reflection over endless scrolling

Individually, these moments look small.

But together, they become the foundation for 

Growth, Discipline, and Confidence.

Because progress is rarely a leap.

Most people underestimate what a single win can do.

I stopped underestimating.

For a long time, I thought progress was only about big achievements — 

landing the job, winning the scholarship, completing the project.

But the truth is, a single win — 

even a small one — can shift everything.

It builds confidence. 
It creates momentum. 
It reminds you that you can keep going.

Here’s what I’ve learned about single wins:

-They break the cycle of doubt. 
One small proof of progress changes your self-belief.

-They create momentum. 
After one step forward, the next step feels easier.

-They build resilience. 
Every win, no matter the size, strengthens your ability to face the next challenge.

-They compound. 
Small wins stack up until they look like transformation.

Now, I celebrate each win — no matter how small.

Because each one is a reminder: 

confidence grows in increments, not leaps.

Being selected among the Top 50 in the world for 
the Asia Pacific Youth Leaders Award 2025 still feels surreal to me.

It was beyond my imagination — but it happened.

There are moments in life that remind you — every late night, every small effort, every rejection you overcame — was worth it.

This recognition isn’t just an achievement; it’s a reflection of growth, resilience, and purpose.

What makes it even more special?

It was held in Seoul, South Korea — my dream country.
Even though I couldn’t attend in person, receiving this honour made me realise — the universe rewards persistence, even from afar.

Because sometimes, you don’t need to stand on the stage to feel successful.
You just need to know you’ve earned your place there.

Grateful, grounded, and motivated to keep walking the path that feels aligned.

We keep waiting for applause, for validation, for someone to notice. 

But the truth is: 

The most important person to show up for is you. 

The day I stopped performing for others and started honoring my own commitments, I found strength I didn’t know I had.
