Every company says they do ABM. Maybe 10% actually do it right.

The difference? They pick 25-50 accounts MAX. They know the actual humans involved. They create experiences, not campaigns.

One client went from 500 target accounts to 30. Pipeline went up 3x.

Responsible for my own pipeline. Prospecting is a key strength of mine. In 1 month I set 35 meetings, breaking the previous record by 5. I closed 6 deals within a 3 month span with no prior account executive experience. I used salesforce as my CRM, apollo as my sales engagement platform, and LinkedIn as my prospecting tool. I love closing deals in the most efficient way possible. Having a modern tech stack is a requirement these days.

Full Cycle Account Executive

As VP of Audience Development I am responsible for driving innovative, actionable and efficient digital marketing campaigns that build awareness and drive traffic to support the growth of our business -- content, subscriptions, and events.

From the ground up, I have built, hired, trained, and lead a high-performing team of digitally-savvy marketers to support the strategic goals of the business. 

I develop and manage paid and organic marketing programs (paid search, SEO, Facebook, display, among others) for all platforms and products. 

I evaluate, hire, and develop relationships with existing and new platforms, partners and vendors; review, recommend, and manage tools, services, and vendors. 

I manage email marketing initiatives for the company and develop/deliver regular and ongoing reports on program performance.

I report directly to our CEO and manage a team of 10. I enjoy the challenge of working with others towards a common goal. My team is everything to me. Without them, Ascent would be nothing more than a dream.

Help run Bartlett High School men’s basketball camp since 2017. In 2019 I took a job at Astor Investment Management which led to me having a smaller role in the summer camp. I now dedicate my time to the camp for free and train highschool athletes on the side. I enjoy being a role model and an advocate for the phrase, “if you work hard things will work out in the end.” This position and experience transformed me into a better leader. From listens to my players personal problems to driving them home after practice, I learned players only buy Into the system as much as their coach/ boss does. My process is simple... I create a set of standards, I hold those standards up for all my players to meet, and hold myself to an even higher standard. For example, if I say you have to be at practice 15 minutes before it starts then I’ll make sure to be there 30 minutes ahead. You have to be vulnerable as a coach. You have to be sincere. Kids, especially teenagers, see through coaches that do not mean what they say. Every player is different and knowing how to push each player is essential to the teams overall success.

In my role as Director of Sales, I managed a team 5 and sold along side them. Together, leveraged SaaS tools like SalesIntel, Apollo, Salesforce, Hubspot, Slack, Docusign, Canva, and more to surpass sales quotas.

As a Director of Sales & Marketing at Investor Summit Group, I helped startups find seed and series a money through hosting digital pitch events. 

On top of pitching to a room of credible investors, I would curate 5-10 meetings for them. The business went from breaking even to becoming profitable. Happy customers led to more happy customers and less churn. Quality over Quantity.
