FUN FACT!

Eager to try my hand at a new industry, learn new markets and consumers, and weave together multiple inputs to create a winning business of my own, I purchased my first rental property in 2021 in upstate NY.

It’s been far from the “passive investment” many assume short-term rentals to be. 

But figuring out how to capture existing demand for the region, create net new demand for my home, forge partnerships with local businesses, build a content calendar to power my social strategy, and profitably price my property – all while delivering a best-in-class CX – has made me a savvier, more practical marketer in ways I never anticipated.
