> Scaled LearnWorlds from $100k to $1M ARR in 18 months, sustaining 50% YoY organic revenue growth over an 8-year tenure, and kept SEO delivering over 35% of the company's revenue for 7 years.

> Led complex M&A integrations (HubSpot/Salesforce), unifying MarTech, RevOps, and CRM stacks to ensure data-driven GTM/ABX alignment. 

> Designed lead-gen microsite generating >30k leads.

> Optimized email delivery frameworks that doubled engagement rates.

> Re-activated older and lost leads into warm inbounds, for efficient growth (multiple times).

Orthodoxou Group, with 5 companies in Cyprus and 4 abroad, staffing over 200 personnel, is established in a variety of business sectors, from travel and aviation to recruitment services, insurance and hotel management, for over 25 years. As the Inhouse Senior Graphic Designer, I'm responsible for the design process from conception to delivery, including project management, design briefing, typography, colour theory and time management, for all the companies and initiatives of the Group, according to each company's corporate branding guidelines.

Specialized in offering aviation services to travel agents, tour operators, airline companies and individuals, Orthodoxou Aviation stands strong representing 8 airlines in Cyprus, namely; Blue Air, Gulf Air, SkyUp Airlines, Air Cairo, Arkia Israeli Airlines, Qeshm Air, Ethiopian Airlines and SpiceJet. My role as the in-house designer was to collaborate with the management locally and abroad to market and expand the represented airlines in Cyprus according with their branding and marketing guidelines.
