In this role I sat at the intersection of the marketing, sales and product team to represent the voice of the customer. In classic start-up fashion my day-to-day often shifted based on the needs of the business but the through line in my work was quantifying the user experience with Tiled. Here are some other responsibilities I owned:
• Configured product and marketing analytics tools to measure the customer journey and overall usage of the software.
• Analyzed user journey metrics and provided summarized product recommendations to the executive team based on my findings.
• Organized paid media campaigns across Google and Dribbble.
• Wrote and maintained all product support articles.
• Communicated product updates to our staff and customers through monthly email newsletters and educational sessions.
• Built and maintained the CRM architecture (Hubspot).
• I often operated as a solutions engineer when technical expertise was required by the sales team.
• Created a Product Qualified Lead (PQL) framework and implemented the scoring system with our CRM. This allowed me to create workflow automations based off of user behavioral events.
• Wrote user stories, designed workflows, created JIRA tasks and prioritized the engineering team's backlog based on bug reports.

When I joined Tiled, my responsibility was to manage the Professional Services arm of the business. This work allowed me to organize creative projects for enterprise companies like Atlassian, Equinox Fitness and VMWare. We developed sales enablement content, pitch decks, and sales collateral for key presentations. Working directly with customers for a year gave me a foundational understanding of our core customers and their experiences using the tool. Other areas of responsibility included:
• Negotiating Professional Service Contracts
• Reporting and Forecasting Professional Service Revenue
• Building microapps
• Teaching the Tiled platform to users in one-on-one training and group classes
• Developed the Project Management model for Tiled Professional Services and taught the management system to my peers.
