Responsible for the complete marketplace operations, from vision to execution. Creating valuable product partnerships with other digital health companies to bring additional value to our customers.

In H2 2023, led the complete legal restructuring of Healthie's marketplace to ensure compliance with a number of federal statutes as Healthie became ONC certified. This restructuring included moving existing partners to new agreements to create more standardization across the marketplace. To date, Healthie has over 30 partners building to our APIs. In March of 2024, we relaunched the marketplace as “The Harbor.”

My role also includes direct management of a Clinical Operations Program Manager and Partner Success Manager.

This was my first store manager role, and I was tasked with replacing the previous manager and turning the store around. After my time here, I was offered the Twin Falls, Idaho store due to the successes of my team and an opportunity to improve a new store.

I was responsible for hiring, training, and developing all new associates as well as writing schedules, managing all departments of the store, and training to become a store manager. Additionally, I traveled to other stores to help train team members, complete store merchandising resets, or fill in for management during time away.
