• Managed the entire sales process and sales team for FOUR (4) first-year Insurance Agents.  Each of them were led to success by hitting their yearly goals and obtaining their long-term contracts with State Farm Insurance.

• Developed a referral and cross-selling program to increase the average revenue of new clients by 287%.
