Quick question:

Which layer is your growth broken at?

That's the problem.
Nobody thinks about it this way.

Even if you think you know.
The real issues are usually 2-3 layers deeper.

I work with 20-30 companies per year.
Here's what I map when I audit companies:

Layer 1: Tactics
