International Women’s Day feels a little different this year.

The world feels heavy in a lot of ways right now.
Conflict. Uncertainty. Division.
Sometimes it is hard to know what a post on LinkedIn is supposed to do in the middle of all of that.

But I keep coming back to something simple.

Progress rarely arrives in one big moment.
It is usually the result of thousands of small acts of courage.

A woman asking for the promotion she deserves.
Starting the business that has been sitting in the back of her mind for years.
Speaking up in the room when it would be easier to stay quiet.
Choosing to build something better for the next generation.

When I look around my own world, the founders I work with, the women building careers, raising families, and somehow doing both, I am constantly reminded how much quiet strength there is.

It does not always look like headlines or grand gestures.

Often it simply looks like showing up again the next day.
And doing the work.

I am incredibly grateful for the women who have supported me, challenged me, and helped me grow. As a founder, a leader, a mum, and a human.

And if today is about anything, I think it is this.

Keep going.
Keep building.
Keep backing each other.

One of the things I’m most proud of with Fracteura is the mindset across our teams.
When we build something genuinely useful, we don’t hide it behind a form or a paywall.
We share it.
Carol and the Fractional Human Resources team have just open-sourced a People & Culture Health Check they’ve spent the last 6 months building and testing with scaling companies.
And they’ve made the whole thing completely free.
No email gate.
No form.
Just duplicate the Notion template and use it.
This is exactly the stage a lot of founders hit when their company starts growing.
Nothing feels broken.
But the people side of the business hasn’t been intentionally designed yet either.
That’s when culture starts forming by default instead of design.
This health check helps you sense-check things like:
• Are we legally covered?
• Do we have the right people foundations to scale?
• What will become painful later if we ignore it now?
