Nicole Noonan is the Chief AI Officer at The Ingenuity Engine, where she acts as a strategist helping brands, founders, and teams integrate AI into the heartbeat of their business content, operations, audience growth, and revenue. Blending creativity with technical precision, she builds AI systems that are as human-centered as they are high-performing.

Before stepping into the world of advanced automation and agentic AI, Nicole spent more than a decade in advertising and experiential marketing, shaping campaigns for some of the most iconic global brands: the NBA, Nike, Google/Amazon Prime, AEG, AXS, HBO, DirecTV, Diageo, Complex, Sports Illustrated, and ESPN. Her storytelling and brand-building expertise even earned her an Emmy Award, along with a Gold ADDY, Clio Award, Webby Award, and Event Marketer’s Ex Award.

Today, Nicole’s work sits at the intersection of psychology, marketing, and intelligent automation. She helps businesses adopt Agentic AI, build AI employees, streamline workflows through AI automation, and developing custom MCP (Multi-Component Program) systems that allows AI agents to connect to real-time data sources and tools. By giving AI a “phone number” to the outside world, MCP lets her clients deploy assistants that can retrieve current information, execute tasks, integrate with business systems, and function like true real-world operators.

Her core philosophy: AI should reduce the workload, sharpen the message, and amplify the human not replace it. AI should never replace the human voice but it should remove the noise around it. Nicole designs AI-powered ecosystems that help leaders scale their message, simplify their workload, and become impossible to ignore at every touchpoint.
