Been a while since my last post here - and I have some big news to share.

I’ve joined influencers.club to lead their marketing and growth team.

After working across AI, e-commerce, blockchain, and proptech, one pattern has shown up again and again: creators have become one of the most powerful acquisition channels across industries - not just for awareness, but for measurable growth.

The creator economy felt like a natural (and exciting) next challenge.

Over the past three months, I’ve been working closely with the influencers.club team, and I’ve been impressed by the momentum and clarity of direction they’re building toward.

A few highlights:

- 15x growth last year
- 150,000+ monthly organic visitors
- Powering creator growth for global leaders like Amazon, TikTok, ShopMy, and many others

I first met Nikola Sokolov and the team at the IC Web Summit creator event. Beyond the fact that the team is great (and I am not just saying this because we threw the best party in Lisbon), conversations with Nikola made one thing very clear: we strongly align on where this industry is headed.

The future of the creator economy is data, programmatic execution and AI readiness - and the opportunity ahead is huge. As the space enters its next phase of maturity (+30% CAGR), IC is positioning itself better than anyone to lead that shift.

Back in the distant 2023 BC (before chatgpt 😂), our product roadmap was:

* Creator CRM view
* Email Outreach module
* Multi-channel outreach
* Workflows
* Social Signals
* Shopify / Hubspot / Salesforce apps
* Advanced outreach insights
* API

Until one day, in what's already quite common, my gf found me lying at home staring at the ceiling. 

I kept mumbling (like a madman) how only decent code is never going to be any leverage and how fucked we are if we continue on the same path. 

So I scrapped everything from our product roadmap. Everything single thing except for the API.

We were never going to win the features game. But we are going to win the data game. That's what we are good at.

And not any kind of data, no. That was also too easily replicable. It was only three things that were high leverage and extremely hard to copy:

* Creator contact data (very hard to find publicly, but our special sauce!)
* Verified social graph
* Historical insights

And, per usual, we said so many "NOs" until my sales team hated me. But as a bootstrapped company, you have to make those all-in bets. 

This was definitely one of them.

Looking back, hell of a decision. Couldn't be more proud of the trust and confidence I get from the team when they suddenly hear these crazy thoughts.

So don’t expect huge product updates from us. We’re doing creator discovery and enrichment, and we’re going all-in on being the best at it.
