I’ve joined influencers.club to lead their marketing and growth team.

Very few build systems.

I see this all the time when talking to founders and leadership teams.
They want higher retention, more expansion, better LTV.
So they set targets.

But without systems, results depend on individual heroics.
And that never scales.

One of the best operating principles I have seen applied to Client Success is this:
- “Reduce the scope, but stick to the schedule.”

Instead of trying to fix everything at once, the strongest teams focus on:
- Strategically aligned initiatives
- Clear and specific priorities
- Consistent execution

They do not chase perfection.
They chase reliability.

This is also where a value-driven approach matters most.

Client Success works best when it is not reactive and not salesy.
When every interaction is anchored in one question:
