Was working as an HR Generalist (focusing mostly on Employee Engagement and Retention strategies) with Jugnoo, a dynamic startup in Chandigarh. Was a shared HR resource for its sister organization, Clicklabs, as well. Jugnoo is an autorickshaw aggregator and allows Indian users to book autorickshaws online through an application software. It started out with its headquarters in Chandigarh and having city offices in 25 other cities of India. Jugnoo is currently available in more than 120 other cities of India and it has over 8 million users in India.
