With over a decade of experience in corporate environments, I understand the struggles of being heard, influencing others, and advocating for what I deserve.

For years, I assumed hard work and focus were enough to get myself recognised and to progress in my career.

But a personal realisation changed everything [I can share this over a call]!

Since then, I've focused on speaking up, overcoming rejection, and asking for what I deserve.

The results have been transformative—I gained influential sponsors, secured a role at a global consultancy, received multiple promotions, and successfully negotiated pay raises.

Short consulting project in a small team working with a real strategy focused client challenge, presenting solutions and mechanisms to help them achieve their aims.

The Oxford Strategy Challenge

One-to-one mentoring of undergraduate student from an underrepresented background, providing guidance for applying for a DPhil at Oxford.

UNIQ+ Mentor

Led and facilitated the teaching of the experiments carried out by undergraduate chemistry students in the lab.

Undergraduate Laboratory Demonstrator 

Responsible for supervising and overseeing the projects of two masters students, getting them up to speed with the experimental equipment and understanding the theory/science with day-to-day supervision of lab work, guiding them on what to do next and how to overcome problems encountered, and having regular meetings with them and the lab supervisor.
